Blood Analysis (Live & Dry)  Darkfield Microscopy

2009/4/22 20:43:11

This is a unique method of blood analysis using a microscope.

Darkfield microscopy allows us to take an in-depth look at the internal terrain of your body.

The body is at least 60% fluid and it is the state of this fluid that is the key to health.

The information obtained from the blood is invaluable in making deductions about your health and formulating a tailor-made nutritional and remedial programme.

Examples of the type of information that can be gleaned from the blood sample are:

Regulation of the body's acid/alkaline balance

Health and efficiency of the red blood cells

Activity levels and efficiency of the immune system

Condition of the blood serum

Toxicity levels and type
The amount and type of information available is endless.

If you are concerned about your health, a blood analysis will give you invaluable information for the correction of your internal 'soil'.

A record is kept of the blood picture, which can be compared with follow-up samples taken at intervals that track changes and improvements.

You don't have to guess whether your health is improving. You can see the pictures for yourself.

The microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything. Claude Bernard, France 1813-1878

Blood Analysis Report for Michael Sellar
In February, 2003 I visited Brina Eidelson to see what my blood would reveal about my health. The following is my report.

Because I am in reasonably good health, the report is shorter than most of the ones Brina prepares for her clients. But this should give you a good idea of what it covers.

I have not included photographs of my blood but you will receive a number of these similar to the ones at the top of the page. These point out the various features and problem areas as outlined in the report.

The beauty of this is that follow up pictures can be compared with the initial blood picture, so you can see the changes for yourself.

Please bear in mind reports are unique for each person. The recommendations in your own report may be quite different from mine.

Blood Examination Report for Michael Sellar

The overall picture shows a fairly well regulated terrain with some signs of mild imbalance and pathogenicity.

Digestive

Red blood cells (RBC)
In general most of the red blood cells were quite healthy but there were some anisocytes. These show some variation in size and some are misshapen. The RBCs that are small indicate iron deficiency, while the oversized and misshapen ones indicate vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency.

Some of the RBCs had been targeted, i.e. they had a shimmering inner ring or they looked like a thorn apple. These are cells that, again, may be deficient in iron, B12 and folic acid, and may have been parasitised by primitive microbial forms. When the sample was stressed these latter forms did appear out of the cells but they had not reached a notable stage of pathogenicity. This problem can be cleared with correct supplementation and balancing of the body pH.

A little protein linkage was seen - this indicates compromised protein assimilation and it would be worth taking protealytic enzymes to help this.

Recommendations: Balancing pH and strengthening the RBCs is required by the inclusion of more minerals, enzymes, vitamin B12, folic acid and iron.

Crystals
Crystals are mostly caused by consumption of fats and proteins that have been cooked at high temperatures thereby removing most of the enzymes. They are formed by cellular debris, fatty material, protein waste and toxins in the system. There was not a significant amount of crystals in the blood, but some were observed. These relate to bowel toxicity and plaque which over time can clog up the arteries.

Recommendations: A higher intake of Essential Fatty Acids (oily fish), or supplementation of EFAs. Intestinal cleansing would be beneficial as well as drainage of lymph, liver and kidneys.

Immune System
The immune system appeared to be normal.

Other Indications
Primitive microbial and fungal forms that are cell wall deficient were present in small numbers. They look like tiny doughnuts. Some filit (fibrin) formations were also seen and a few chondrits (little strings of proteins).

When the blood was stressed and broken up there was evidence in the serum of forms that had infested the red blood cells. These are extremely primitive forms and are not pathogenic at this stage, however, they do impair the functioning of the RBCs.

All these forms thrive in an unbalanced terrain and some of them are related to bacteria and fungi in the tissue and digestive tract. In particular the chondrits could indicate a bacterial focus somewhere in the system. I will stress however that the picture is very mild and the terrain can easily be corrected by improving your diet and balancing pH.

Some thrombocyte aggregations were seen. These can cause problems with thromboses in the future if left. Supplementing with EFAs will help this.

Dry Blood
Examination of the dry blood samples indicated:

The lymphatic area shows mild toxicity. Detoxification will help as well as dry skin brushing.

The only other indication was lack of free radical scavengers in your system, e.g. vitamin C. This is shown as a 憀oose coast? i.e. the edge of the dry blood is flaky.

Summary
The blood picture is one of mild toxicity and dysregulation. This can be corrected by taking toxic substances out of your diet, getting the pH balance right, doing some detoxing and supplementing your diet.

Recommendations:

  • You need to be aware of eating a high mineral diet, i.e. lots of steamed leafy green vegetables and home-made soups with veg. If possible, try to acquire a juicer and have fresh vegetable and fruit juices every day. This will increase enzyme intake.

  • Essential Fatty Acids are available in oily fish (organic salmon, trout, fresh sardines, fresh mackerel) and flax seeds.

  • Eat warm foods at all meals, especially in the winter. Never eat a cold salad on its own without something hot to go with it. Cook with ginger, garlic and spices.

  • Eat fruit mostly in the mornings, not the afternoons. Bananas and oranges and hard on the liver so eat less of them.

  • Drink plenty of bottled water (or reverse osmosis water from Mother Earth in Albion Road) and herb teas.

  • Try to cut out refined sugar, alcohol and refined flour products as these are acid-forming and encourage fungi and bacteria.

I am enclosing a list of alkali/acid forming foods as a basic guide.

    Supplementation

    • Protenzyme, 4-6 between meals twice a day, on an empty stomach to help protein digestion and also to work systemically - you抮e the expert!!

    • Alkaplex G to provide more minerals for alkalising the tissue - one twice a day.

    • Essential Fatty Acids - if you抮e unable to eat a piece of fish almost every day, you should take Udo's Choice Ultimate Blend oil. It's available from good health food shops.

    • Biocare Vitamin C - you need to take at least 2000 mg per day, up to 4000. You could also look at their antioxidant formulas, or consider taking proacnthocyanidins (e.g. pycnogenol)

    • Biocare Folguard - this is vitamin B12 and Folic Acid

    • I also recommend a good multivitamin, preferably Biocare

    • As discussed, doing a detox would be very beneficial. I recommend doing an intestinal cleanse first to clear the gut of old residue and clear the pathway for further detoxing. After that a gall bladder flush and liver support would be very beneficial, followed by a kidney cleanse. There are several ways to do the cleansing and you need to see what products are available. Apart from the intestinal cleanse, the Heel Detox kit is one to consider.
